NCFC Reinsurance Program

Under an NCFC, the dealer owns stock in a reinsurance company with many other participants. NCFCs often have the financial strength to produce long-term economic benefits. NCFCs are viewed as an offshore investment vehicle by regulatory and taxing authority.
