Additional substitute transportation benefit
We will reimburse your customer up to $35 per day for a maximum of 5 days for same day rental (immediately effective when their vehicle is accepted for a manufacturer’s covered repair including paint, body and manufacturer’s defects). Rental reimbursements are for base rental charges incurred from a licensed rental car agency or authorized dealer. Customer is responsible for coordinating substitute transportation.

Limits and exclusions

Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions. Under some circumstances, maintenance services may not be covered (for example, any service performed by anyone other than a certified technician employed at a licensed repair facility). Please see the contract for details.
