Updating an Existing Contract

If you have an active automotive or RV service contract, you can update the following information.

 

Adding a second person to an automotive or RV service contract:

  • Written and signed request must come from primary contract holder listed on the contract 
  • Documents which can be sent in as proof of ownership by a second contract holder include copies of: 
    • Finance contract 
    • Title or registration for the covered vehicle 
    • Insurance card 
  • If none of the above documents are available, the primary contract holder can send in a written request that includes: 
    • Complete contract number 
    • Complete legal name of person being added 
    • Primary contract holder’s signature 
    • Date signed 

 

Changing the surname on automotive or RV service contract due to marriage, divorce or legal name change: 

  • Written and signed request must come from primary contract holder listed on the contract 
  • Documents which can be sent in as proof of name change: 
    • Marriage license 
    • Divorce decree 
    • Legal name change paperwork 
    • Legible copy of driver’s license or state issued identification card 

 

Changing an address on a vehicle service or RV contract:

  • Written and signed request must come from primary contract holder listed on the contract
