Any cancellation received prior to the last business day of the month is cancelled within that same month. In the states of Florida and Washington, cancellations must be received four days prior to last day of the month to be cancelled within the same month.When requesting a cancellation of your contract, we recommend returning to the dealership at which you purchased your service contract. Cancelled service contracts may be eligible for a refund. Refer to your contract for complete details on how a cancellation refund is calculated.
