Lori Carter

Lori began her career in the industry in 1993 as an auto dealer group business manager. In 1999, she joined Protective as an account executive where she provided support, training, recruiting and analysis of dealer finance and insurance production. Lori has been a Team Trainer since 2004 and supports the Indiana and Kentucky marketplace.

Jillonne Dowty

Jillonne joined the automobile industry in 1986 at a GM dealership working in sales and serving as a business manager and corporate F&I trainer. In 1989, Jill joined Protective, and she was promoted to senior account executive in 2004. Jill has been a team trainer since 1996 and currently supports the Wisconsin marketplace.

Tim Spencer

After a successful career as a high school teacher and insurance agent, Tim advanced into the automotive industry in 1993 as an F&I manager. He joined Protective in 2001 and was promoted to senior account executive in 2007. Tim has been a team trainer since 2007 and supports the Minnesota and Wisconsin marketplace.

Brad Hayes

Brad started his career in the auto industry in 1983 as an F&I manager and Sales Manager. He joined Protective in 1993. Brad has been a team trainer since 1999 and supports the central and southern Illinois marketplace.
